AI Boyfriend Add to Chrome — it's free

Someone to talk to, right next to the page you're reading

AI Boyfriend opens a chat in Chrome's side panel. Meet one of fifteen characters or write your own — he remembers what you told him and sometimes writes first.

Who you can talk to

Each one comes with his own setup rather than a personality label.

Caleb
Caleb

The voice on the radio at 2 a.m.

Jonah
Jonah

He got your promotion. Now you share a desk.

Silas
Silas

The house is yours. He came with it.

Arlo
Arlo

He puts a second cup out before you get there.

Nico
Nico

Somebody plays piano at three in the morning. It's him.

Wren
Wren

Fourteen months to Ganymede. You're the only two awake.

Nine more in the extension — or write your own: name him, give him a background, decide how he talks, and generate his portrait. Keep him private or publish him to the catalog.

What it does

A companion chat that stays open while you browse.

Side-panel chat

Talk next to whatever you're reading. A small button on every page opens the panel and shows a dot when he has written.

He remembers

Names, plans, what you told him last week — it carries into the next conversation.

He writes first sometimes

If you've been quiet a while, a message may be waiting for you.

Photos both ways

Send him a photo and he reacts to it. Ask him for a picture and he sends one.

Write your own character

Background, example dialogue, how he replies — plus an AI-generated portrait.

Your pace, your look

Pick a faster model or a richer one per conversation. Dark, light and pink themes.

Start in under a minute

No account to create and nothing to install outside Chrome.

Straight answers

What happens to your messages, and what kind of chat this is.

Your data

  • No account. A random ID on your device is the only identity. No email, name or password.
  • Messages are stored on our server so conversations and his memory are still there tomorrow.
  • Replies are written by AI providers — DeepSeek for text; OpenAI describes photos you send, FAL draws the pictures he sends.
  • Never sold, no ads, and your chats are not used to train models.
  • We don't read the pages you visit. The on-page button draws itself and nothing else.

The content

  • Romance, not erotica. Characters are instructed to keep chats non-explicit. It's an instruction to the model, not a separate filter, and models aren't perfect.
  • No nudity and no images of real people.
  • Fiction with an AI, and it says so. Not a substitute for a therapist, a crisis line or a doctor.
  • Intended for adults.

Questions

The short version.

Is it free?

Yes. No account, no fees, nothing locked.

Do I need to sign up?

No. A random ID is generated on your device.

Does it work on my phone?

No. It's a Chrome extension and needs a desktop browser.

Can I delete my data?

You can delete any conversation, and any character you wrote, from the extension. For what he remembers, or for everything at once, email the support address on our Chrome Web Store page.

Why does it want access to every site?

For the small button on every page that opens the chat. It draws the button and nothing more.
